new here, where can i find the update to download? tried the website and it still has 2396-5

My bad... I forgot to change the links on the product specific pages. The "home" page does have the links correct, though.

how do you download the updates from the website? I tried to look for the most recent updates and can't find it. I got my program back in Oct 2008 and I can't even update from the actual program, it just keeps kicking me out of the program. Thanks jim

go to this link, up in the near top banner click on products. on that page look over to the right and see downloads. download and save then open and run. mine just upgraded it's self with just a re-start of the computer after doing this

On the OT2 program menus...Click Contact Us, then select Check For Updates

Then follow the instructions on the webpage.


The only difference in this method and the one outlined by "wassaw" is that the update through the program is a little smaller package to download. If you haven't updated in a while is usually better to get the "full" download.

I'm stuck on stupid. is this the correct update

I have teh full program, I bought the cd and I have a problem downloading from the software, it boots me out of everything before I even get a chance to do anything for download. click download and quick blue screen and then I;m out. I tried following the directions given before, but when I click on rpoducts there is no link for downloads. Only when I cllick on software for archers. And thats the download thats listed

just want to make sure I am downloading the right thing before doing it, don't want to screw up the program
