stock string replacement

looking to change the stock zebra string and cable on a mathews legacy. what would work best with the roller guard ?

I use Winners Choice 8125 but I have heard good things about GAS and Berry. I just can't give them a personal reference because I have never used them.

I have to put in my vote for Berry Strings. Wayne at berry makes great strings in just about any color combination and at a very affordable price. Wayne will go out of his way to meet all his customers needs.

Here's another plug for ProStrings! Shel and crew make some awesome products , so you can't go wrong when dealing with him! Every bow that I personally own, and the bows that my friends own are all sporting ProStrings. My first set was on a PSE Quantum with a U1 cam. Before I got the ProStrings I had already gone thru a factory set, a custom set made by a friend and a set of Winner's Choice. I was about to unload that bow on some poor sucker! :( Shel's custom strings lasted me a little over a year and had over 25,000 arrows launched by it. I still would have it on my bow but he talked me into changing it out so I could test some other products! In that year I adjusted the peep twice: Once because I rushed into putting the strings on the bow and immediately started to shoot without letting the string and cable settle in. The second time was just before I changed the strings and cables out for a new set.

I got to be different. I was in desperate need last December for cables. I cintacted Crackers(Jim Carter). He made me cables and string and had it to me within 3 days. Never been so pleased with strings before. Have not moved peep yet and probably have had about 5000 shots through it. Also, very affordable. :D :-D

I haven't used any of the orther strings and cables so I can't comment on them but from my personal experience WINNER'S CHOICE would be hard for anyone to equal.* I called Mike at Winner's Choice this past Monday the 10th and told him I needed a cable and it arrived yesterday, the 13th.* With the Quality of their Strings and Cables and Service like that along with a One Year Warranty against serving separation, you can't go wrong with them.
