Hello everyone. My name is Tom Renninger and I am the president of the Glendale Sportsmen's which is located in Irvona, Pennsylvania. Our club has been running an archery league for boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 15 for the last three years and it has been going great. The club thus far has been able to provide the participants with the bows, arrows and releases with no charge to them. We are hoping that introducing these young ones to the sport of archery we can get them interested in it for the long haul. In conducting this league the youngsters not only get to shoot but are also are educated in the different types of bows and equipment. Our problem is that we need to raise more funds to buy more equipment. The club is in the process of putting a raffle ticket together from the wonderful donations that we have received from many of the various archery equipment companies. We are also hoping to hold an auction to sale various used archery equipment. What I am posting this for is for any one who has used equipment laying around and would like to donate it to this great cause it would be greatly appreciated.
