Saving Info

First of all where and what is the CVS saved and how do you open it , and when you save user info why do you have to keep entering the info on arrows etc each time. I know its us what are we doing wrong. ???

Saving your user reord and saving CSV data are two different things...

In order not to have to type your data into the program each time you use it, you save your setup data in a user record file. Once saved the same data file can be reloaded the next time you run the program. You do both Save and Load functions from the "File" option on the program's main menu. Click File, then select Save User Record or Load User Record....depending on the function you want to preform.

Saving CSV data exports the data you have selected to a "comma seperated value" format. This format is easily read by most spread sheet programs. The files are saved in the CSVFILES directory..which is a subdirectory of the program's "root" directory. If you installed the program to the default, this would be C:\Program Files\OnTarget2!\CSVFILES\

Was wondering if thats what it meant in other words just open the user file everytime we load it up right ??

Yep...

Click File, select Load User Record...then pick the record from the file list.
