I just had a problem with my On Target Program that wouldn't let me use the program due to a Run time error. I am sure now that the whole problem was in my computer. Larry Clague from Pinwheel Software worked with me for two days until I was up and running again. That in my estimation is definitely going above and beyond the call of duty. It is a great program, and very affordable. I would highly recommend it. I have been using it for years and love it.
