Probably a smart move on his part, as he would have been removed after this year due to all the complaints. I am very interested to see who is going to be taking over and what the new plans are.

I hope the next guy continues on the same path. Some changes need to be made I think we're headed in the right direction.
Is he the one that changed the Regs to include 6 point etc bucks only on some wmu's?
If so I think he really did the herd a service...
Many friends have talked about how the number and quality of bucks has gotten much better in PA over the last few years....

Yep skip, he had started antler restrictions for the entire state. Some areas a buck must have 3pnts or more on one side, while others its 4pnts to a side. However they appoint to take over, i hope they keep the AR and ease up on killing all the doe. It could really make Pa a great place to hunt in the future.
