The time is getting close for the 2006 Braggin Right's Shoot and the MoJoes would like to invite y'all to come play with us..... July 15-16-2006 Pershing State Park, Laclede Missouri.
The BRS will be held on Saturday July 15-2006 and the Green Hill's Archer's regular shoot will be Sunday July 16-2006.
A FULL weekend of 3D Archery starting on Friday evening with a fish fry and get together at the camp grounds, a 10 target Simms range will be set up accross from the camp grounds, shoot till dark both nights.
Saturday the 15th will be the BRS and we'll start your day off with bisquit's & gravey at the camp grounds......... ursonvs is making some outstanding trophies to be signed by ALL that attend, hopefully we'll have picture's soon ;-)
After the BRS, all the great donation's will be handed out and we have a bunch of them and there still coming in.
Saturday evening we'll have BBQ porkloin & brisket at the camp grounds, shoot the Simms range till dark and visit around the camp fire till daylight.
We'll start Sunday off at the camp grounds with breakfest, then we can shoot the Green Hill's Archer's regular club shoot Sunday July-16-2006 with our new found friends. Trophies awarded to each class.

Folk's, don't miss the 2006 BRS, come watch the hot shot's like Daniel Boone, Cracker's, HOOD, Big Country, ldfalks, DONDEERE and a host of other's make more mistake's than you ever dreamed possible...... because their heere to meet you and have a great weekend........ you won't even need a bow at this gathering to have fun......... tour the park, go with our Power Shopper Girl's and learn the secrets to buying bargains and see the old historic town of Jamesport Mo. set in amish country.

Need reservations at the Brookfield Best Western Motel dial 1-660-258-4900 and mention the BRS for your discount.

We'd like to thank the people that make this possible and have given us some great product's to be given away at the 2006 BRS.

As most of you know, Big Country donated the Pike's County Bow Hunt from Midwest Giant's Outfitter's
(http://www.midwestgiantsoutfitters.com/) and this raffle generated the fund's to pay for Everything at the 2006 BRS.
Now Big Country say's WR, quit making a big deal outta this, I only want to see the BRS survive & grow ....... so folk's, when you see Big Country at the BRS, give him a Big hug and go on about your business, no need to make a big deal outta this :D

They have also donated an Elite 36 to be given away and will have everything they need with them to custom fit this bow to the lucky winner.

For the kid's, Roger's Sporting Good's in Liberty Missouri has donated a Fully Rigged Browning Micro Midas III & a doz. arrow's ......... we can see the smiles already ........ also they have donated 14 doz. youth arrow's to be given away........ I know there's a NEW camera around there just waiting to post picture's of this set up for the young'un's to see :D

There's item's coming in daily, and we'll post picture's of these as we get them......... there's lot's going on we never see or hear about, we have some outstanding people behind the Braggin Right's Shoot that are donating time, phone call's, camping spot's and a host of other thing's that make it easier for all of us.
If I've missed any donation's, please PM me and let me know, I've got paper strung everywhere and I'm not the sharpest pencil in the pile anyway and we don't want to leave anyone out of the BRS.
Start making plan's folk's, you'll be talking about this shoot until it happen's again next year......... Bring the family, neighbor's, friend's, grandma & grandpa........ we're a fixin to have some fun heere in MISSOURI....... July 15-16-2006

Wow...I was only going to the BRS to meet some fine folks...and I plan on doing exactly that....

...but to walk away with all this stuff will make it extra special...I might need a bigger van by the time this is done :D

Thanks to the Green Hills Archers and to all the folks who have donated everything from items to be given away ....to their time putting this event together....I, for one, having put together other events, appreciate all the hard work that goes into pulling something like this off....so as a token of my appreciation...you all get one free cut in front of me at the chow line :D

Hood...... yer Good :icon_salut: ....... we have talked about sending thank you's to each that have given to the BRS cause........ but you have taken it one step further with thinking outside the box :eusa_think: ...... an addressed envelope with postage to go to each winner of the prizes, they could add a Thank You note telling where and how they won the item :eusa_dance: ............ WR, yer the only one with the return addreses, and why don't we go a step farther and have a BRS Thank You card made up??? it wouldn't cost much to have a postcard made up, people do it all the time at them copy places.

I just talked to the wife.......I think she can create what we need with indesign or photoshop. Then we can print it out on heavy paper. What do you guys think?

I received the arrows from Gravel Ridge Archery (Michigander) today.......WOW!!!! They are even better than the pictures :)

The thank you cards are a great idea. Maybe you could even have some extras printed up so those people who want to write a thank you but don't win something can send one too?

Another bow donation :occasion14: Vic's Archery CLICK (http://www.vicsarchery.com) in St. Joseph Mo. has donated a Martin Cougar 2000 Fury X, 28" draw, 55-70 lbs. to the Braggin Right's Shoot :icon_thumleft:
Wayne & Vickey help us out last year with a Mathews donation and I'm proud to say that several of us here on ASN shoot for Vic's Archery........ and it's my understanding that Wayne & Vickey will be joining us all at the 2006 Braggin Right's Shoot :occasion14:
