"Storm F-28 29" 70#, IBO: 310. This bow was designed by world champion shooter Burly Hall. It is signed by Burly Hall on the limb pocket and also signed by the owner of Storm Archery. I was the rep for the company a few years back and this is the 9th F-28 ever manufacturered. I've never hunted with it, just held onto it. I now rep for Bear Archery and I want to get rid of it. It's a great looking bow, machining is very good, shoots fast. It originally retailed at $700. It's only been shot a couple times."

Thanks Taz....I did a serach under Storm Archery...in Sporting goods and it didn't pop up....only a couple of Dartons.
Can't tell much from the picture as to who signed it. My guess would be Jerry Rathburn and Burley.....
I would say this bow is a 2003 model .... I think that is when they came out with their version of the F-28 :)
