It was a rough couple of days, had to really fight for the scores.... had a breakdown in my shot somewhere but somehow managed to align the stars and stay in the game. :D

I'm shooting one down near Houston tomorrow. Keep your fingers crossed for me that I can pull it together! :D it'll be my last tournament before the new year, so i'm going to try to make it a good one! :D


I wasn't the only one shootin' it up this past weekend though. There were lots of good shooters out... many of the people i shoot leagues with came out and made a good showing. Javi- did you see how the Okie did? he had a phenominal day!

Ok... so i shot in houston today.....Talk about a nice facility and some great people!!!!! Coes Archery in Magnolia. if you are in the area, stop in. They really make you feel at home.

I had a tough week all week, had a breakdown in my form but i think i got it pretty much figured out... unfortunately i had a few shots that got away from me.... 297 38x ended up second i believe.... not positive but i know of one score 298 48x... she was SMOKIN! she gave me a chance and i failed. DOH! i am told that she's usually a 300 shooter... so she definately went easy on me today, i havent hit my 300 mark yet. It was a blast though. That was my best tournament score ever. (i've only shot in 4 spot tourneys ever....) so i was pleased.... i dropped a point on my last arrow though, DOH! s'all good, there's always next time! and i have a few weeks to work everything out and come back strong! hehe
