Hey Imanut, when I started bow hunting it was with a recurve, ceader arrows, and we just had teched over from flint to those Bear metal heads with the little razor insert..

I really had a good time at that shoot despite all that went wrong, Lost luggage on airline ( including my bow) Bloody lip from the peep sight when it blew out. But it was all worth it. Met some good people got to shoot a terrific course and really enjoyed being back in Mo. All is well in Las Vegas hope to see some of you here for the World Archery Festival. I wont be compeating but love to lurk. LastCaveman

Andy you are gonna hear alot of different opinions but we have an "X" Sucks rule... dont do it, not every bow works for everyone, not every bow fits everyone, and all the manufacturers make excellent products. It all comes down to personal preference and what bow fits YOU..... teasing in good fun is one thing, but we dont allow bashing...

I'd say most heere have been beat by a Mathews at one time or another ??? ..... seems that I reck-o-leck getting beat by a Mathews one time and it had a "Girl" behind it :eek: and if that wasn't bad enough :( I got beat that same evening on the Sims range by a little short "Girl" ....... After having shot the better part of over fifty years, I had to drop out of archery for over four years with a back and arm problem that my wife and my doctor supected arthritis. Well, the condition healed itself and this old man is back. Been having a ball and wanted to share this. Thanks.

Hey dcdcss, I shot your shoot today. Really enjoyed shooting the new range. You guy's have put a lot of work into getting it together and aside from getting rained on I had this morning the shoot was great. The paths, bridges and areas around the targets are clear for easy walking and an old fart like me really appreciates that.
