I put two and two together from another thread's comments and now I know what happened to Edgell's Shoot Through String System. We'll be seeing it soon according to Winner's Choice! Spring 2006. It's going to be called the Edge TE (Torque Elimination) system. Kind of a fun twist on EDGEll... :)

Tejas Raz....you are on it!
Winners Choice has came out with the Shoot Through System.. :)
We thought the name he called it was very catchy!
Anyone wanting to eliminate side toque may want to try one out! :new_rofl:

And to think, I'd almost forgotten about it! I was just about to put Newberry's RGS Roller Guide System on my bow. If this makes it out soon, I'll go that way instead.

Well I must say you guys put me to thinking and looking :D ..... I can see I need to check the Tech forums more :(
I never gave a thought to copying someones patent, I just seen this system on another bow and wanted to give it a try.........it worked, I now have mine and a friends bow with the shoot through system on them :(
No fool, like an old fool ??? who would of ever guessed that an old fool in his basement could wrap some string around four post and actually make this work ??? :D
Raz......I'd sure be interested to hear how this works on the one cam system, I haven't owned a one cam in years, but I think the EDGEII is worth giving a try.......don't be fooled by the stories of, hard to load an arrow........I have the Elite riser and Never give loading a second thought, and an open riser with shoot through cables is just as easy loading as a regular system.
lterry..... I apologize if I was out of line with my post, that was not my intention at all. WR

What you've got pictured is actually Winner's Choice TRS or Torque Reduction System. It's not the same as Edgell's Edge TE Shoot Through System.
It looks like it's trying to do the same or similar without going to a whole new string and cable system. Don't know much about it, haven't heard much about it on the various Formums. ???
Here's the patent photos of the Shoot Through System.

Give up? We gotta stick together Dubbya. Being as we're only two steps up from plant life, we gotta long way to go. And it's alway better to go it with yur buds!
Oh, by the way Londa. WR is a former Army Grunt type of the VN type. He likes poncho liners in the mud... NOT! Pass it on to Edgell please.
And by the way WR, Edgell is a former Marine Sergeant from the pre VN era, 61-66 as I remember it. That right ET? Think that might have had a wee bit to do with my loyalty to Storm? Hehehe...

Yup, your whole life in a rucksack! Looks like everything you'd need there. Anything else... optional, but not necessary!
Good thing we put that uniform away..... I've got lots of things that I deem necessary now and I'm sure the Corps wouldn't agree! :new_rofl:
Edit in a comment heere -----> You guys need to do a little phonecon!

WR...Like I said...what you do for archers is very important! :D
Keep sharing your ideas and knowledge with your fellow archers....we are very happy that you believe in this system. ET has the patent on the single cam and cam and a half...and there is also one on the 2 cam. If my memory serves me right it is by Jim Despart.
What is so neat about this system is that it can be put on any single cam or cam and half bow without changing the cams or wheels. :)
I think you find that you are not the only one that has seen this system on a bow and decided to try it out by making your own....thanks for posting up your pics and information regarding the system...it takes special people like you to get others to try new ideas! :eusa_clap: :eusa_dance:
And think about this....playing around with your ideas and thoughts in the basement is just about the best way to come up with something new and exciting to try! :new_rofl:
just got in from the kinseys show ,and they had one set up on a bow, looks like im going to have to spend some more money :D,they said they will be available soon. Andy.
