Do any of you guys shoot or recommend the glue in points for a set of Series 22 set up for 3d? I wanted the glue ins because the series 22 is rather heavy and also it gives me a better FOC with the lighter weight up front.
thanks

If you're shooting the UL Pro 22's they're pretty light. :?
The glue ins are available in 80 and 100 grains for 3D purposes. I've shot both and last year ended up using the 80's for 3D but will probably go with the 100's for this year for better long range consistency.
You need to play with both weights to see which yields the best results.
I found each to be very consistent on their weights though.....
Good tips. 8)

Well finished arrow weight with 100 gr. glue ins is 331 gr. and I'll be shooting 60 lbs. so that comes out to about 5.5 gr/in.

I don't know your arrow length, but I shoot a 22 Series Ultralite 27" shaft with 2" vanes and 80 grain GT Glue-Ins, Shrewd Uni-bushing and 3-D Super Nock, finished arrow weight is 307, shoot ing 60 lbs and weighing in at 5.11 graines per inch.
I shoot them for 3-D in my BowTech Pro40 Dually and the same arrows for Field in my BowTech Pro40 Wheely.* 22 Series are VERY light easy to tune. :D

I'm using the 80 grain glue in's in my 22's with 2114 unibushings and 3d super nocks. It is one great arrow.
I think I will try the new pin nock system this year.

They are a great arrow. I use the series 22's with 80 gr points as well. My finished weight is 315 gr. and at 60# they SMOKE!
