Storm Archery's strings

I was wondering what kind of strings are originally put on Storm bows? Can we buy a new set if needed directly? What size should I get if I go with another brand of string for my bow (F-28)? Any recommendations? My string seems to be fraying quite easily. All info is greatly appreciated. I personally like the lime green and black combination.

Hey there King Tarzan! :wave:

There are several good bow string makers...we are using Winner Choice strings on our 2006 models. You can order them direct from Winners Choice or choose your own company to have your strings made.

Your specs for your 2005 F -28 are as follows:

String 97.0inches and the cable is 37.5 inches.

Just request the green and black camo, 452X string to have it made out of. :D

I went to Shel of www.ProString.com for my new set KT. I also kept with the Florescent Green and Black combo but also had him do the servings in Flo Green. It looks GREAT!

He was most friendly and helpfull! He'll make them in either 8125 or 452X. Ask him about them both and to the advantages/disadvantages of each fiber material. Add to that that that after I got him the measurements off my strings (serving placement) I had them in 3 days! I mean in my hands! I went with the 8125. I believe those numbers are the same for my Elite (could be wrong too, I'm at work still) and if so, he's already got the measurements. Tell him that you asked about them on ASN! At the time, he was offering a discount for doing so!

Your Elite 36 strings are 97.0 inches and the cable is 37.5 inches.

And...........yes the new 2006 Elite's come with Winners Choice Strings! :D
