New computer, software code-lib key ????

I just bought a new computer and I copied the tap folder onto a c.d. and then moved it to the new computer. The problem is the software key that is showing on the registration page is different than the one I got in my email. I tried deleting and taking it out but it wont move. Hmmmmmmmmmm.........I not a great computer whiz so could somebody tell me what I can do? Thanks Caleb

By the way what Chrono would you recommend to buy?

We got the code taken care of. I have a Pro-Chrono and it works good. There are more expensive ones but this one provided you take care of it will be fine.
