Great Question!

Never used them but from the feedback I have recieved they can be added like any other fletch and most users find using the two sight settings method creates the best results for 80 and beyond.

I have also had some feedback saying that great results were achieved by just using a single speed.......I think it depends mostly on the shooter and the expectations of the result.
