Seems to be alot of people like the ASA on here, I like them alot but like the IBOs Triple Crown also. I start in March with the Indoor World, go to Bedford, then Erie, and Nelsonville(in my back yard almost), and finish up
at Snowshoe. Try to make them all every year. just wondered who else on here shoots them.

Some X IBO shooters may still carry a grudge about the 2003 Worlds. I was there that year and alot of shooters got really ticked how they finished out after the bad weather day. That would be a normal reaction from somebody that had a chance to win the World ChampionshIp but came up a little short the first day. I didn't have a good score the first day, but got to shoot all forty targets and was happy. I think it was a little severe by making it a 4 day event, but in that area sometimes you may not get it done in a week. Alot of people probably had a lot of trouble getting off work on Thursday and Friday. I haven't checked the numbers but I heard a rumor that the attendance was down this year.
IMO the IBO does not want any reoccurance of the tragedy that occured in Bedford, that seems obvious to me. If the weather forecast dictates any bad storms that could hit the area while shooters are out on the range the IBO will postpone or cancel all shooting and worry about the competive end of it later, safety is the #1 issue.

I like the IBO shoots. I hope to make all the Triple Crowns and Snowshoe this year. When I shoot, my son walks along. Then I take him to shoot Future Bowhunter. W V is a family vacation. Great place to take the wife and kids.
