Equipment: I went with all PSE products this year for two reasons. My dealer carries mainly PSE and I would like to capitalize on the contingency money if possible.

Form: nothing

Mental: I have always had trouble in this area  Not sure that can be straightened out.

Just a new bow for this year, can't deside on the release that I'm going with yet, other wise the same.

Try very hard to improve my form, keep the same equipment all year long and concentrate on each shot and hopefully improve some. If I could add 20-25 points onto my 3d scores per match I would really be happy. An also have alot of fun, thats the main thing, have fun.

Going through a few changes actually. Even though I had been shooting well, I have had some coaching by a professional and he lengthened my draw length by 1 1/4"!

Equipment-wise I am revamping that completely and will be shooting a Merlin supernova for indoors. Will be using the new Goldtip 30X arrows. Othere than that, the rest of my setup on the bow will stay the same as it has for the last few years.

Form other than the draw langth I am not changing anything

Mental I am usinga new mental program or I should say I am adding to my previous mental program.

Health....trying to get myself into being a little more fit.

Equipment: New bow...from Mathews Q2XL to Hoyt Ultra Elite and the switch to a bladed GKF TKO. Mite be looking at a new stabilizer setup...depending on how the bow shoots.

Form: Working on a smoother release

Mental: Letting things just happened! I began to overthink things last year when the competition became stiffer. I did very well at local shoots, but absolutely choked at national level competitions.

Practice:...More practice. I went from shooting 5 days a week two years ago to shooting maybe 2 days a week last year...2 kids under two years old makes "me time" few and far between!

Equiptment:
-New '05 Hoyt Ultra Elite with XT2000 limbs & Spiral Cams
-New Scope CR Apex Target 1-1/4" with a Specialty 3X Lens and LP Archery Pro Light. (The light is a Christmas present from my fiancé but she let me order it myself )

Form & Metal:
-I’m scheduled to spend a weekend with Tim Strickland in February, I’m hoping that I can get something’s straightened out with him!

I am sticking with my awesome Scepter II Mag and Little Goose. I may get the new Magnum limbs that Martin is making if they make much of a difference. I'm still trying to make up my mind if I want to use the back weights for balance. My little bow is pretty balanced by itself. Crackers knows how to build one!

Switching to an open stance

I'm going to try to get back to my coach Curtis Beverly before the new season for a "mental" touch up. He is awesome at that!

MAy get another bow or two, other than that I can't see my changing much.

Lets face it all the gear we have can produce much better scores than we can or do, but still we change :p mind you if we stopped buying companies would start to close down, so I tell my wife I'm helping out the economy :p
