Who shoots this class? I am thinking of shooting the hunter class this year, I normally have shot open class but I think I will enjoy the hunter class more.
Any insight is well appreciated.

If my game is strong enough I will go to Indiana. I hope and expect it to be but won't drive that far to start the triple crown with out a ton of confidence.
I will be at Erie for sure, and Nelsonville if all still goes well.

I was shooting real good 3-D all last year and am hitting it hard on the spots. I should be good to go come Bedford!
I have never shot IBO. Anything I should watch out for?

I shoot the hunter class. I used to shoot the open class but it got where it wasn't fun any more. way to serious. I shot competetive enough, ,but it quit being fun. hunter class I have a blast in, and you really have to be on your game.

Maybe there were no predictions, but how many signed the petitions that I understand were submitted? This might be a good indication of how many to expect. I hope there is a big turn out for this class and it takes some of the pressure off the HC. I still think a senior hunter class would be a great class for us not so well sighted seniors to participate in, but I guess that's a dead horse now.

HC is no cake walk. You need to shoot 18 to 25 up to get a sniff. Max will be appr 35 yds this year. I enjoy HC since most shooters are there for fun. I've met, and made, many good friends in HC.
Buckeye, you may want to check out the IBO Indoor Worlds in March (IX Center in Cleveland). I think 18-20th. I've shot there the last two years, and had a ball.

I will be sure to go this year.
Do I need to pre register to shoot there?
IX is only around an hour away or so for me.

Yes you do need to pre register. Parma Archery Club runs this shoot. I got my form today. You can find them in archery shops around the area, too. I'll PM you the phone #.
