I have gotten sereral tuning tips from E.T. and the Storm team.............ALL my questions if they were stupid or not..got answered within the day I asked!

I have previously shot big name bows. When I had questions, or problems, I was simply a number. With Storm, It appears that I really matter to them. My questions are always answered in heart beat. I love this bow and more importantly, this company!! Did I mention, this bow is a shooter......(F-28)

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about the customer service/tech info at Storm. THANKS Londa!!! I've gotten a boatload of info off of you and ET. I'll hopefully have an Elite soon as I can come up with the cash. Keep up the great work!!!

Well THANK YOU Londa!!!! We've spoken so much by way of PM I feel like I know you and we've never met. I really appreciate all the help and advice you've given me and I will defin. be buying Storm bows in the future, It was just unfortunate that my local Storm dealer wasn't willing to speak with me on the new product line for 2005. I WILL own Storm in the future and hopefully it will be an Elite soon, if not it will be another Storm bow. I kind of have my eye on an F-6 but I need to find one. Not many Storm bows on the used market. To be really honest I have to THANK Seahawk for hooking me up with my first Storm a while back, I haven't been the same since :)

I know how you feel...I have been doing a lot of PM's and e-mails over
the last few months...and I feel I "know" most of the people that I have dealt with
through this forum.* I agree...Seahawk has done his share of wheeling and dealing with
Storm Bows.* I have to thank him too...as he has introduced several archers to Storm Bows.
I know you have too.* * *:)
Let me know if ET or I can help you out.* We will definitely be around for a long time. :D

:) Hey everybody. First time here I have a Storm bow and couldn't be happier with it. Tech support is unlike
any you will ever find. Treat you like you are their only customer.
Does any body know if the archery world thread is still going under a different posting than the original and if so
what is it under so I can post on storms behalf. that man is such a fool!!!!!!!!!!

The best customer sevice I have ever come across. No other bow manufacturers even come close in my experience. You usually get an answer within hours instead of days like the rest. Bow is a real shooter too!! F28E1

It's been awhile since I posted here :)
How has STORM been treating you?
Don't forget we try to help all STORM shooters...if you have an older model and need some answers we will be glad to try to get them for you.

Sa far I've been treated better by the folks at Storm than anyone I've ever dealt with. They all go out of their way to answer any questions and make you happy.
Treatment like that tends to build loyalty. :)
