Its not a matter on how much I know about it, its whether or not I choose to believe it. Even as a primary school kid, I got my parents to write a letter so I could be excluded from religious education. In my opinion, there are that many flaws in the whole setup, that I simply can not believe it.

If you wish to believe in it, then thats fine. I wont hold it against you, but it gets really old when you log onto an archery forum (and I am not just refering to this one), and have to wade through all the religious threads to read about things you actually want to read about.

I have seen first hand how religion can rip families apart, fill people with false hope and beliefs. There is no way I am going to go along with that. But like I said, that is just my opinion.

I would venture to say that if you read every single thread on this site, the percentage of "religion" is not nearly as you indicate. Besides, the thread title should have told you this wasn't a thread you wanted to read. \

So, just as it is your "right" to make a choice, it is that same "right" that allows people on an open forum to express their opinions also.
