Runtime Error 76

Just got a new computer with Windows 7. Installed fine, changed compatibility mode, installed updates and now I get a runtime error 76. HELP!!! Redding coming up soon and I need to have my sight tapes and cut charts!

from what I have heard windows 7 is a bugger for a lot of software programs, tells you something when Microsoft tells you to downgrade to XP to fix your problems!

Sounds like you may have "loaded" from an older CD or Download install. Runtime76 errors are "file not found". Occasionally happens if you skip updates for a long time.

Updates only have the files that have changed since the last update. The Full Download will replace any missing files.

The Full Download wont go into trial mode if you load on a registered computer, so registration status shouldn't change even though the webpage say the download is a "trial"...
