If a person puts many stands up on public ground.
* * * * * * * * * *
* * * * * * * * * * * 1* Would you leave the hole area.
* * * * * * * * * * * 2* Use climber beside theirs.
* * * * * * * * * * * 3 ??????????????
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * If a person hangs enough stands* and leaves them their all archery season he is locking up a large section just for himself.* Only hunt one at a time.
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *Would like to see what you think. LeftyPa

Your postive all the stands belong to the same guy??
sounds like a thief could do some shoppin there. ive heard plenty from people leaving stands for any period of time on public land. not a wise choice but i would look to set up elsewhere, this one person may influence the activity by moving around out there that much.

I'm very nice if I get lighted up before light, I will try my best to slip out without making to much noise and go to stand area #2. But, on public land, it's kind of a first come, first serve basis if you ask me. I'll set my stand in the tree next to there's. I have 1 hang-on that I occasionally leave up, don't even think it's been found. It's in the jungle and I don't use brightlights. It's just a personal call, for me, you know I'll hunt it if I'm there first, if you don't like it, tough $hit!

dey word here is PUBLIC lands. if it is indeed public lands and is truely only one hunter then he should only have one or two stands. if he wishes to relocate simply move the stand. if he has two stands up, hey no big deal there.
communication is key here. do you know the hunter? can you speak to the hunter?
is ther room to go elsewhere on the same parcel that can still provide you with a quality hunting experience?
several stands and only one guy
this clowns a pig.

I placed a stand on what i "thought" was a remote piece of land [public], using screw in steps at least 12 feet up, no branches. I left with the steps and came back about 5 days later and it was gone. It was a very inexpensive stand that i guess someone need pretty badly. It is still amazing to me people do this......but then it amazes me people blatantly tresspass, break in to hunting cabins and kill deer just for the horns [in or out of season].
