This "tip" comes courtesy of Allen Read...
SS doesn't have access to the program Validation Tab (only SFA does). This is where you'd make mods to the range checking values the program uses. The upper limit default on point weight for SS is 250grs. I thought this would be heavy enough...Not!
Allen worked around this limitation by setting the Point Weight to 250 and then entering extra weight in the Point Insert field. The upper limit for insert weight is 60grs. for a combined total of 310grs.
I'll make some adjustment to the upper limit default in the next release of SS, but until then you can use Allen's work-around.
