I took a little walk a few minutes ago to get some fresh air. I sure do dread the start of 3d season I estimated a bush at 44yds and it was 38yds. That would have been ugly  I need some practice. Does anyone here want to donate some targets for a good cause?? :D

I heard you can get some good deals on Rheinharts this year!
Rule 1... Dont judge in the dark
Rule 2... see rule 1
We often would get to tournaments late and think we were doing ourselves good by judging some in the lot or outside our Hotel...
It's a certain confidence Killer... everything looks far away when its darker... that even goes for tournaments... if you are in the woods and you are judging and you go out into an open area that is bright, you are likely to underjudge the target because it looks closer because its brighter.

I would say so. I hope they stay in business they make a great target.

Good advice I should have known better. I paid the price for being bored.

I hope the Rineharts don't fade away. They are a good target.
Our club is trying to aquire all Rineharts. Two years ago everyone wanted to shoot the Rineharts. Now I guess the trend will be the New Mckenzie's.
Time will tell.
Pinshooter, for the next three months the yardage will be 20 yds. :o

Yeah you are right bad thing is I have never been a good spottie. You never know about Rinehart the ASA may go back to them in the future. Look at Mckenzie I thought they were done for in the ASA. Never say never.
Now thats funny no matter who you are :)

I'm not a spottie either, but I shoot my best 3-D coming out of indoor.
I may not judge the yardage well early, but I don't make as many silly mistakes.
Just another opportunity to launch an arrow.
Nothing better to do in the middle of winter.
I won't start the argument about which target is better. Let's save that for 3-D season

Me too. Me and a friend are in the process of setting up a practice course and I think that is going to help a lot.
