I am looking for some info on how to tie in the pull cord for a fall away rest. I have just bought a G5 rest and need help in tying in the pull cord. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't use a fall away type of rest, So I don't know how much help I'll be, but I'll try. I know there are some cable slides that you can buy that has a way to attach the pull cord to it without haing to tie it into your cable. Here is a link maybe this will help you.

Good luck, and if that wont fit what your looking for, I'm sure someone will be able to help you out better than I could...lol

Well on mine, the dealer put the cord thru the cable, and then tied a knot in the cord, and then put serving above and below the cord to keep it from moving.

I also tie a knot onto the buss cable and place a brass nock over the knot instead of a serving. IMO a brass nock is less likely to slip.
good luck
