Tonight I purchased the download version, or at least I tried to. After entering my card info. and clicking on 'authorize' nothing happened. Am I supposed to get some type of authorization? I waited several minutes and then closed the purchase screen. Checked my email and didn't see anything there, is there an authorization email? When reading the purchase instructions it sounded like it was immediate? When I restart it still says I have the trial version.
Any info. on what to do next would be appreciated.

If it went through you will get software key to put in. When I ordered last year I got an email quickly. You can call your CC and see if a purchase has been made if not then retry it.
TAP makes great software and he gives great service.

So you got the software and installed it? If that is the case then THAT was the immediate part.......
That first screen that comes up when you run the program has registration instructions. This is also very fast......you can click the register link right there and finish it off.
Let me know that we are ok....

Thanks for the reply Tony but I figured out what I did with my problem above. You don't even want to know..............
But I have now paid for TAP and recieved the email but can't download the program, evidently the website is down right now.

I checked the log and indeed there was some down time last night. Just login anytiime and download now. Thanks
